I have led high-impact transformational initiatives for Trillium Health Partners, Ontario Telemedicine Network, Cancer Care Ontario, and the Canadian Mental Health Association, Halton Region Branch. These included provincial health digital solutions, community services integration, and capital projects.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

There is no lack of change management principles that can be applied to any initiative but whether it is a simple or complex situation, I have found that engaging with the stakeholders to develop a positive relationship and understanding their different perspectives contribute towards overcoming obstacles.

PROCESS AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

My passion lies with the principles of continuous quality improvement and its proven successful application in health care whether it’s in the community, hospital, regional, or provincial system level.
